Advantage database 11.10 using DD. I have one form with DBedit fields when open in Local I get the following error: Advantage Local Server axCommReq function. This Process will be stooped. The exception code is 0XC00000FD. The whole program close. If I change to Remote I have no problems opening the form. I sat breakpoints in Form Create function but it happens before that. between the form1.showmodal and Form create function. There is nothing in the err_log except the 7000 / 7020 . Thanks for any help.

64/32Bit Mix of local Server and application? Did you check for all of the ACE files?

Windows 7 32bit I only have ADS 32 bit installed. Copied all the ARC32 files into my program folder.

I found the problem but I still don't understand why it works on the ADS server and not on a Local server. In the Datasource onDataChange I had it call a function that calculated the balance of the customers account and posted it to the same record that was showing on the screen. I know that is the worst place to add a function like that I moved it to the OnChange of the DBEdit box instead.
