Updated ADS to 11.10.0.20 on 09/15/14

Since then there were two instances of the server freezing for a minute or so, with a dump file created error reported in error log.

How can we determine what the issue is and is this a known issue in the latest release.

Perhaps you need to create a DEP exception for ads.exe (under Control Panel, System, Advanced, Performance Settings, Data Execution Protection).

You should open a support ticket in order to get the dump file analyzed by our R&D team.

Is there any place nowadays to get sales / support for Advantage Database Server?

Emails to advanatge@sap.com are instructed to go to support.sap.com, where there is no mention of ADS. Contacting SAP by phone reaches a dead end as it seems like the SAP guys don't even know how to go about it.

Even Mike Hagman can't be reached anymore @ mike.hagman@sap.com.
