The Installation Information screen includes information that is entered/calculated when the Advantage Database Server is installed.

Field Descriptions

Registered To

The name of the company that owns the product. This information is entered when the Advantage Database Server is installed.

Serial Number

The serial number is unique to your copy of the Advantage Database Server.

User Option

This is the maximum number of users that can be active at one time. A user is defined as a single-client workstation that is connected to the Advantage Database Server. The Advantage Database Server option purchased determines the user count.

ADS Revision

The Revision number of the Advantage Database Server.

Install Date

The date the Advantage Database Server was installed.

Eval Expiration Date

Displayed for evaluation units only, this is the date that the Advantage Database Server evaluation period will expire.

Log Entries

The number of errors or warnings that have been logged to the log file of the Advantage Database Server.

ANSI Character Set

The ANSI character set that determines the ANSI collation order used with Advantage Windows clients.

OEM Character Set

The OEM character set that determines the OEM/localized collation order used with Advantage clients.
